Pre-COP 31
From 5-8 October 2026, Fiji, Tuvalu and Australia are partnering to deliver the official COP 31 Pre-COP ministerial meeting and Leaders’ event.
These events will bring global climate decision-makers to the Pacific ahead of COP 31 in Antalya, Türkiye, providing an opportunity to build momentum for negotiations while showcasing Pacific leadership, perspectives and climate action.

COP 31 registration is now open through the UNFCCC Online Registration System (ORS)
Parties, Observer States, UN organizations, IGOs and NGOs can register delegates for onsite or virtual participation in accordance with the published nomination and confirmation periods.
Participants are reminded that multiple registrations are not permitted and that conference badges must be used in accordance with UNFCCC rules.
