The key objectives of this event are: 

• Present findings from the learning needs assessment by the UNFCCC Regional Collaboration Centres (RCCs). 

• Highlight the capacity-building activities undertaken between June 2023 and June 2024. 

• Gather insights from countries on the capacity-building support received.  

• Outline the capacity-building plans for the remainder of the year and beyond, in collaboration with partners. 

• Facilitate a discussion to gather feedback and suggestions from Party and non-Party representatives on enhancing Article 6 readiness and engagement. 
   

The session will include an interactive discussion with participants to gather feedback on planned activities, including those with UNFCCC’s partners.
