This document contains the programme budget for the biennium 2012-2013 proposed by the Executive Secretary for consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation at its thirty-fourth session, adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its seventeenth session and endorsement by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its seventh session.
