Abstract
This addendum provides information on the progress of implementation of the second five-year rolling workplan (for 2023–2027) of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts, including through its expert groups, technical expert group on comprehensive risk management and task force on displacement, between November 2024 and October 2025 and presents recommendations of the Committee. It also contains organizational and procedural information.
