This document contains detailed information on the initial accounting parameters for the second commitment period under the Kyoto Protocol for Parties included in Annex I with commitments inscribed in the third column of Annex B in the Doha Amendment to the Kyoto Protocol. It also contains annual information on anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions in 2019 and 2020 from sources listed in Annex A to the Kyoto Protocol; greenhouse gas emissions and removals in 2019 and 2020 from land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3, paragraph 3, forest management under Article 3, paragraph 4, and any other elected activities under Article 3, paragraph 4, of the Kyoto Protocol; and holdings and transactions of Kyoto Protocol units as at 31 December 2020 and 31 December 2021. This document contains values from both the latest 2021 annual submissions and the 2022 annual submissions as reported by Parties as at 19 August 2022.
