In charge of Sustainable Development, Jean-Manuel has developed an expertise in the assessment of the environmental impact of the ICT sector. He has led many projects reducing GHG emissions resulting from ICT as well as many projects using ICT in order to reduce GHG emissions or allow adaptation to climate change.
Since 2013 he has been serving as Vice-Chairman of the working party “ICT and Climate Change” in the ITU-T Study Group "Environment and Climate Change" of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU-T). He has been strongly involved in the participation of the Orange Group in the UNFCCC COP 21.
Jean-Manuel also leads projects developing MOOCs (Massive Online Open Courses), using the Orange Solerni platform.
Jean-Manuel graduated from Télécom ParisTech and the MBA Programme of the “Collège des Ingénieurs”. He holds a certificate in carbon accountancy from the French National Agency for Energy and Environment ADEME.
