All Parties may submit, through the online FMCP Q&A portal, questions to Parties undergoing the FMCP under the ETF.
Parties may respond to questions that are received later than two months prior to the working group session at their discretion.

Parties undergoing FMCP concerned may provide written responses to the questions received through the dedicated online portal.
The Parties shall make best efforts to respond no later than one month prior to the working group session; those developing country Parties that need flexibility in light of their capacities have the flexibility to instead submit written responses up to two weeks prior to the working group session.
