All Parties may submit, through the dedicated online portal, questions to Parties undergoing the FMCP under the ETF. |

Parties concerned may provide written responses to the questions received through the dedicated online portal. The Parties shall make best efforts to respond no later than one month prior to the working group session; those developing country Parties that need flexibility in light of their capacities have the flexibility to respond up to 27 October 2025. |
| 15 November 2025 |
The second working group session of the FMCP will be held in person at SBI 63 in Belém.

Procedural summary report on the facilitative, multilateral consideration of progress at the sixty-third session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation
The FMCP2 Procedural Summary Report was initially published as a stand-alone document on 2 December 2025. It is now available as an addendum to the "Report of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation on its sixty-third session, held in Belém from 10 to 15 November 2025"(5 December 2025).
