Parties concerned may provide written responses to the questions received through the dedicated online portal. The Parties shall make best efforts to respond no later than one month prior to the working group session; those developing country Parties that need flexibility in light of their capacities have the flexibility to respond up to 6 June 2025. |

The FMCP1 Procedural Summary Report was initially published as a stand-alone document on 21 July 2025. It is now available as an addendum to the “Report of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation on its sixty-second session, held in Bonn from 16 to 26 June 2025” (19 August 2025).
