Events

  1. Learning event for the UNFCCC secretariat (June 2021)- The event gathered students, partners and secretariat staff to discuss the highlights and lessons learned from three projects carried out by students under the UN Climate Change Universities Partnership Programme. Learn more.
  2. Second expert group meeting on support for Action for Climate Empowerment (ACE) implementation (May 2021)- The NWP lead (Ms. Rojina Manandhar) shared experiences from the UN Climate Change Universities Partnership Programme as part of a  panel discussion on capacity building, partnerships and peer to peer exchange.   3. Knowledge exchange event at the Gobeshona 2021 conference (January 2021)- At the 2021 Gobeshona conference focused on promoting research into action on locally-led adaptation, the secretariat convened a session on the UN Climate Change Universities Partnership Programme highlighting the fruitfulness of collaborations with universities, young professionals and expert organisations.
