The International Consultation and Analysis (ICA) – Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF) poster session initiative was taken to present to the general audience an insightful look at the multilateral process for developing countries, including discussions on: progress of global climate actions, mapping the trajectory from the past, through the present, which could inform the future (the enhanced transparency framework under the Paris Agreement).
The session is showcasing an array of experiences and achievements from diverse countries, demonstrating how they have successfully participated in the technical analysis and facilitative sharing of views, exchanging views with other Parties regarding reducing GHG emissions, mitigation strategies and addressing implementation challenges.
In the evolving climate transparency landscape and the continuing transition to the Enhanced Transparency Framework (ETF), refined multilateral process has been put in place by Parties to improve interaction, capture the wealth of information shared and enhance participation through innovative format.
