Yes.  You are required to register online using the ORS to be able to attend COP26. A separate registration is required to access the COP26 platform. More details can be found on the UNFCCC website.

It is recommended that you register online.  With online registration, you can access the COP26 Platform immediately. 
You can choose to register in person upon arrival at the conference.  After in-person registration, you can enter the COP26 physically, in addition, you will also have access to the COP26 Platform.

Upon your arrival to the COP26 venue, you need to go to the registration desk and obtain a badge for the conference in order to enter the Blue Zone of COP26.

Yes.  All participants attending the conference physically may choose to attend the conference virtually at any time after they complete a separate registration on the COP26 Platform.

After registration is confirmed in the ORS an email is sent to each registered delegate. When you click on the link, you will be asked to indicate your vaccination status, and to agree to the policies. Once agreed and submitted the delegate will be able to download an acknowledgment letter.
