Tackling Methane and Black Carbon to Reduce Arctic Warming by Half a Degree

If these existing measures against methane and black carbon were introduced to their maximum extent globally, Arctic warming could be reduced by roughly half a degree Celsius by 2050, according to the Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme (AMAP).
