One Heart One Tree Seeks to Light up Paris for COP 21

The UN climate conference in Paris this year is generating a rich variety of proposed initiatives including art project ideas. The UNFCCC will be featuring some of the more interesting ones which are looking for support. One of the proposed initiatives is a monumental work of art by Naziha Mestaoui, which would create a forest of light on the monuments of Paris during this year’s UN Climate Conference.
