The AC welcomed presentations on gender from representatives of the UNFCCC and the Women and Gender Constituency and took gender considerations into account in developing its flexible 2019-2021 workplan.

Summary outcomes
The AC welcomed the working group’s progress made on this year’s TEP-A and endorsed the draft technical paper as presented and tasked the secretariat to finalize it.
The AC discussed the approach to the 2019 TEP and requested the TEP-A working group and the secretariat to produce a concept note for discussion by early January 2019.
It welcomed the oral reports from the various regional TEM-As that took place this year and agreed to seek further coherence.
It also considered a range of possible topics for the TEP-A in 2020 and requested its TEP-A working group to develop a prioritized list of topics and to report back to AC 15 on progress made.

Summary outcomes
The AC took note of the oral report presented by a member on the work of the NAP Expo advisory group and the organization of the NAP-Expo 2018.
IT requested its NAP task force to develop intersessionally a draft 2019-2021 workplan for consideration at AC15.

The AC took note of the update on the 2018 Adaptation Forum and agreed to hold the forum annually and to hold its 2019 Forum in conjunction with the South Korea adaptation event in April 2019. It requested its Forum group to prepare inter-sessionally a concept note, including a topic.

The AC agreed on leads and members of its working groups and on members nominated in response to invitations for collaboration from other constituted bodies.
The leads of groups are requested to hold a call with members of their respective groups in mid-January to elaborate their schedules of work.
