The fifth dialogue will take place in Yeosu, Republic of Korea: 
 

  • 24 April 2026, 3:00 p.m. –  7:00 p.m., Shilla Stay Hotel, Ballroom, Ground Floor

  • 25 April 2026, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., Yeosu Expo Convention Center 

 

The fifth dialogue is being organized pursuant to decision 3/CMA.5 paragraph 5, by which the CMA decided that at least two dialogues shall be held each year as part of the United Arab Emirates just transition work programme. The fifth dialogue will focus on "Just transition pathways for holistic approaches to food security, including with a focus on agriculture and oceans, in the context of element c) paragraph 2 of decision 3/CMA.5". 
 
Parties, observers and other non-Party stakeholders are kindly reminded to submit views on opportunities, best practices, actionable solutions, challenges and barriers relevant to the topic of the fifth dialogue as early as possible, and no later than four weeks before the fourth dialogue, in accordance with paragraph 8 of decision 3/CMA.5 through the submission portal.
