A coherent and coordinated approach to mitigate the impact of the pandemic while shaping a healthy, green and just recovery, central to the global response, could contribute to long-term sustainable growth. As a region with one of the highest number of young people, the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) has a great potential to secure the benefits of the demographic dividend for low-carbon, green and sustainable economies. 

In this context, there is a pressing need to ensure that youth in the region are equipped and engaged as a key stakeholder in the transformation and post-pandemic recovery of their communities. 

In order to facilitate enriching discussion on the role of youth in a healthier recovery, RCC Dubai is organizing a second webinar under the AGYLE Webinar Series titled: “The impact of Climate on Health and the opportunity to create a healthier environment in a post COVID-19 world”

This webinar will bring together leading health sector experts with youth representative from the region to discuss, deliberate and consider the linkages between climate and health in a post-COVID-19 world.
