About the Event:

This event will build on the foundations of the High-Level Champions' work on Actions After Impacts in 2022 and detailed in this paper. The event will set concrete solutions of Non-Party Stakeholders addressing loss and damage, including the database preparation and mobilisation. It will also provide a roadmap to COP28 and beyond on increasing the actions to address loss and damage from Non-Party Stakeholders, including from business, private finance, cities and regions, and from communities at the frontline.
