Abstract
The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its forty-fifth session, having conducted the third comprehensive review of the implementation of the framework for capacity building in developing countries under the Kyoto Protocol, in accordance with decision 9/CMP.11, paragraph 1, recommended the following draft decision for consideration and
adoption by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its twelfth session.
