Abstract
This is an update of the technical paper published in November 2014 (FCCC/TP/2014/5). It synthesizes views from Parties on the revision of the “Guidelines for the preparation of national communications by Parties included in
Annex I to the Convention, Part II: UNFCCC reporting guidelines on national communications” received over three rounds of submissions since February 2014. In addition, it reflects a submission received in September 2015 and the revisions agreed at the forty-second session of the Subsidiary Body for Implementation.
