In addition to the proposals already received (see FCCC/AGBM/1996/MISC.2 and Add.1-4) further proposals have been received from Australia, Costa Rica (on behalf of the Group of 77 and China), France, Iceland, Iran, Kuwait, Netherlands (on behalf of the European Union), New Zealand (in association with Canada and the United States of America), Nigeria, Poland (on behalf of Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, and Slovenia), Switzerland, the United States of America and Uzbekistan. Proposals sumitted after the mid-January 1997 deadline will be issued as FCCC/AGBM/1997/MISC.1/Add.1.
