The Conference of the Parties, at its eighteenth session, invited admitted observer organizations to submit to the secretariat, by 25 March 2013, their views on the matters referred to in paragraphs 50-51 of decision 1/CP.18, including information, experience and good practice relevant to the design and operation of the mechanism referred to in decision 2/CP.17, paragraph 83. The secretariat has received nine such submissions from admitted observer organizations (see the annex). In line with established practice, the submission from an intergovernmental organization and the submissions from non-governmental organizations have been posted on the UNFCCC website
