Abstract
This addendum provides information on the progress of implementation between November 2025 and October 2026 of the second five-year rolling workplan (for 2023–2027) of the Executive Committee of the Warsaw International Mechanism for Loss and Damage associated with Climate Change Impacts, including through its expert groups, technical expert group on comprehensive risk management and task force on displacement, and presents recommendations of the Committee. It also contains information on organizational and procedural matters, including meetings and events held during the reporting period and the membership of the Committee and its thematic expert groups
