Abstract

Host Country Agreement between UNFCCC and the Government of the Republic of Türkiye.

Following the official notification from the Government of the Republic of Türkiye that all internal procedures for its entry into force have been completed, the Host Country Agreement for COP 31 entered into force on 18 September 2026.
