This document features a compendium of resources received via submissions from Parties and relevant organizations in July 2026, as a response to deliverable D.1.1 of the Belém Gender Action Plan.

Submissions presented information on Parties’ and relevant organizations’ experience in implementing gender-responsive financial instruments and methodologies, and available capacity-building in this regard.

Submissions encompass a range of resources designed to enhance technical knowledge, skills, and practical application for gender-responsive climate finance instruments, methodologies, and capacity-building, organized in the resource spreadsheet using three broad categories: 

• Tools and frameworks 

• Reports 

• Organizations and initiatives  

The resource list is curated to support Party delegates and NGCCFPs seeking information on resources relating to gender-responsive climate finance, primarily focusing on Public Financial Management (PFM) and Gender-Responsive Budgeting (GRB) systems.

 The resources are diverse and relevant across stakeholders. Each entry includes a summary description and, where available, references to regions, financing modalities, and sources of funds, allowing users to sort and prioritize entries based on their specific context and needs.
