Abstract
This report presents the findings of the third independent review of the effective implementation of the Climate Technology Centre and Network. It provides the main findings for each area that was evaluated (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and impacts and sustainability), the conclusions of the review and the recommendations for enhancing the performance of the Climate Technology Centre and Network.
