16. Matters relating to capacity-building
Abstract
This report has been prepared to inform discussions at the 14th Durban Forum on capacity-building and the 9th meeting of the Paris Committee on Capacity-building and to serve as input to the review by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation of the implementation of the framework for capacity-building in developing countries established under decision 2/CP.7. It compiles and synthesizes information on capacity-building from reports of UNFCCC constituted bodies, the operating entities of the Financial Mechanism and the Adaptation Fund Board published in 2024.
