This document presents an initial version of the procedures for Parties participating in Article 6.2 mechanism to propose, review, and monitor modifications to the common nomenclature related to Article 6.2 mechanism pursuant to decision 6/CMA.4, annex I, Chapter II.B.

The common nomenclature is a critical tool for ensuring the integrity and transparency of the Article 6.2 mechanism.

The process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and effective, reflecting the Paris Agreement's principles and fostering a collective approach to global climate action.
