Abstract
This report synthesizes the views and information submitted by Parties and observers
on themes for spin-off groups at meetings of the Glasgow Committee on Non-market
Approaches and on existing non-market approaches in the initial focus areas of the work
programme under the framework for non-market approaches referred to in Article 6,
paragraph 8, of the Paris Agreement and in decision 4/CMA.3. The report has been prepared
for consideration by the Committee at its 5th meeting and as an input to the next in-session
workshop under the framework for non-market approaches, both of which are to be held in
conjunction with the sixtieth session of the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological
Advice.
