This is a UN Women internal capacity assessment tool (used to support capacity assessment of partners in preparation for capacity strengthening exercises).

UN Women conducts capacity assessments to gather data on current levels of knowledge and experience in gender responsive budgeting (GRB) in Ministries/Departments. The objective is not to assess professional performance but to identify capacity gaps. The results of the self-assessment can inform training approaches to best respond to identified needs.
