This note contains a synthesis of views submitted by Parties, including proposals on the process and timeline of the work programme established by the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA), at its thirtieth session, to revise the “Guidelines for the preparation of national communications by Parties included in Annex I to the Convention, Part I: UNFCCC reporting guidelines on annual inventories” (UNFCCC Annex I reporting guidelines).
