Abstract
This document contains a progress report on the implementation of the international transaction log (ITL) from November 2006 to May 2007. It includes information on progress made in the development of the ITL software and the establishment of the ITL infrastructure. The SBI may wish to consider the information contained in this document and take note of the progress made in the implementation of the ITL and other registry systems
