This report contains the findings of the independent review of the effective
implementation of the Climate Technology Centre and Network (CTCN). It provides a
detailed overview of the history of the CTCN in the four years since its inception, including
its operationalization and the implementation of its core services. In addition, it provides the
main findings for each area that was evaluated (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impacts
and sustainability), the conclusions of the review and the recommendations for enhancing
the performance of the CTCN.
