This document contains detailed information on the initial accounting parameters for the second commitment period under the Kyoto Protocol for Parties included in Annex I with commitments inscribed in the third column of Annex B in the Doha Amendment to the Kyoto Protocol. It also contains annual information on anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions in 2017 and 2018 from sources listed in Annex A to the Kyoto Protocol; greenhouse gas emissions and removals in 2017 and 2018 from land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3, paragraph 3, forest management under Article 3, paragraph 4, and any other elected activities under Article 3, paragraph 4, of the Kyoto Protocol; and holdings and transactions of Kyoto Protocol units as at 31 December 2018 and 31 December 2019. This document contains values from both the latest 2019 annual submissions and the 2020 annual submissions as reported by Parties as at 17 October 2020.
