This report summarizes the progress of the Consultative Group of Experts (CGE) in implementing its workplan for 2019. It covers the proceedings and outcomes of the two meetings of the CGE held in 2019, at which the CGE discussed its key areas of work for 2019, considered its progress and assessed its major achievements in and lessons learned from implementing its workplan for 2019.
