Total indicative contributions for 2019 as per decision 21/CP.23 amount to EUR 27,433,860, of which EUR 23,318,781 relates to the Convention and EUR 4,115,079 to the Kyoto Protocol. As at 31 May 2019, the outstanding contributions for 2019 amounted to EUR 13,013,939 (EUR 5,202,881 for 2018); the total outstanding contributions for 2010–2019 were EUR 21,349,775, of which EUR 18,776,875 related to the Convention and EUR 2,572,819 to the Kyoto Protocol. For 1996–2009 USD 183,563 remained outstanding.

A total of 128 Parties had not made their contributions in full for 2019 for the Convention (81 for 2018) and 122 for the Kyoto Protocol (75 for 2018).

In the biennium 2018–2019, voluntary contributions amounting to USD 41,470,794 have been received by the Trust Fund for Supplementary Activities and USD 8,224,056 by the Trust Fund for Participation in the UNFCCC Process.
