This document contains detailed information on the initial accounting parameters under the Kyoto Protocol which are recorded for Parties included in Annex I to the Convention that are also Parties to the Kyoto Protocol with commitments inscribed in Annex B to the Kyoto Protocol in the compilation and accounting database after completion of the review pursuant to decision 22/CMP.1 and the resolution of questions of implementation, if any. It also contains annual information on anthropogenic greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in 2010 and 2011 from sources listed in Annex A to the Kyoto Protocol; GHG emissions and removals in 2010 and 2011 from land use, land-use change and forestry activities under Article 3, paragraph 3, of the Kyoto Protocol, and elected activities under Article 3, paragraph 4, of the Kyoto Protocol; and holdings and transactions of Kyoto Protocol units. Some of the annual information is provisional; this will be finalized after completion of the 2013 annual review pursuant to decision 22/CMP.1 and the resolution of questions of implementation, if any
