Oxfam International makes the following submission on loss and damage to land. It is based on research that Oxfam conducted in Asia on the nature of loss and damage suffered to land and interconnections with secure land tenure. It demonstrates some of the challenges faced by landless communities in accessing loss and damage finance, as land ownership is a key criteria that determines the eligibility to receive financing.
