Assessed the potential impact of on-going worldwide effects of COVID-19 on its 2020 work plan and discuss how those potential impacts could be managed; Postponed the regional hands-on training workshop for the Latin America and Caribbean region, that was initially planned for July 2020 to November 2020. It requested the secretariat to organise another virtual ad-hoc meeting towards the end of May or early June 2020.
