In accordance with COP 24 decision (decision 2/CP.24, paragraph 29), the meetings of the Facilitative Working Group will be open to Parties and observers under the Convention.

Please note that registration of civil society observers is to be done through the respective constituency focal points. As per notifications (posted on 30 April), you can obtain the observer registration form for NGOs from your constituency focal point. Here is the link for the contact details of focal points.
