Host an Event at LACCW 2023

LACCW 2023 is hosted by:
Hosting an event at Latin America and the Caribbean Climate Week
Regional and local governments, the private sector, investors, youth organizations, science organizations, universities and schools, cooperatives, Indigenous Peoples organizations, filmmakers, media and others are welcome to apply to host an event.
This year, there will not be a separate application for the Action Hub. We ask anyone who would like to host an event to fill out the expression of interest form here.
Hosting an event is free of charge, with each event host responsible for arrangements and related costs, including flight, visa, food and accommodation as well as materials needed for their event (for example, printed agendas, brochures, USBs, etc.).
This year, all events at Latin America and Caribbean Climate Week will be in-person events. The UNFCCC will offer the possibility for remote speakers to connect to individual meetings but virtual-only meetings will not be possible.
