The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its twentieth session, agreed to continue its consideration of effective participation in the intergovernmental process at its twenty-second session on the basis of submissions received before 31 January 2005 (FCCC/SBI/2004/10, para. 99). The secretariat has received one submission. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, this submission is attached and reproduced in the language in which it was received and without formal editing
