The Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, at its seventh session, invited Parties included in Annex I listed in annex 1 to decision 1/CMP.7 to submit to the secretariat, by 1 May 2012, information on their quantified emission limitation or reduction objectives (QELROs) for the second commitment period under the Kyoto Protocol. The secretariat has received seven such submissions from Parties. In accordance with the procedure for miscellaneous documents, these submissions are attached and reproduced in the language in which they were received and without formal editing. The secretariat will continue to post on the UNFCCC website any submissions received after the issuance of this document
