At its twenty-fifth session, the Subsidiary Body for Scientific and Technological Advice (SBSTA) invited Parties to submit to the secretariat, before its twenty-eighth session, their views on further activities undertaken under the Nairobi work programme on impacts, vulnerability and adaptation to climate change, based on the experience with the implementation of the work programme. The SBSTA requested the secretariat to compile these submissions into a miscellaneous document (FCCC/SBSTA/2006/11, para. 21). The secretariat has received seven such submissions.
