The New Delhi work programme on Article 6 of the Convention provides a framework for countrydriven participation, public access to information and international cooperation. It was adopted by the Conference of the Parties (COP), at its eighth session, and comes to an end by the thirteenth session of the COP. This document presents possible elements for a future work programme, including a proposed implementation plan for further consideration by the Subsidiary Body for Implementation (SBI) at its twenty-seventh session, based on views from Parties and consistent with the proposed next
steps in the review of the implementation of the New Delhi work programme (FCCC/SBI/2007/22)
