This document presents information on activities by the secretariat to implement the capacity building framework for developing countries annexed to decision 2/CP.7. Programmes of the Global Environment Facility are also covered. The Subsidiary Body for Implementation may wish to consider this report with a view to offering guidance on implementation of the capacity-building framework.
