It requested the Subsidiary Body for Implementation to consider this report at its twenty-third session. This report contains information from the national communications under the Convention from Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties) and Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention. It also contains information from reports and databases of multilateral financial institutions and bilateral agencies of Annex I Parties, and international funds.
