The Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its thirteenth session, decided to recommend the draft decision on the second compilation and systhesis of initial national communications form Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (draft decision -/CP.6) for adoption by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth session
