• How was it developed or structured, how did it take into consideration national priorities, how was risk shared among partners, and what made the difference in reaching financial close?
• From the country perspective, what helped translate national climate priorities into financeable projects?
• One ask - closing round: Each panelist names the one thing that would most help them scale up what works, from their own vantage point.
