Since inception in 2013, RCCs have been working to improve regional distribution of Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects. After the adoption of the Paris Agreement in 2015, the scope of their work has expanded to include support to developing countries in its implementation. RCC support includes capacity-building, technical assistance, strategic networking, and sourcing of know-how and resources to drive sustainable development.
